This home was not underpriced, it was priced right and advertised heavily. You see, I do more advertising on day 1 of my listing contracts than most Realtors do in the entire 3 or 6 month period they have a listing. The moment I loaded this listing on to our website, the MLS and the top 27 Real Estate sites online, this home recieved maximum exposure!
